Kids
Massage

Let's face it--today's kids are really stressed out.  They are playing competitive sports from an early age.  Academic stresses are constantly there.  And social stresses with social media seem to be part of the norm now.  All of this adds up to many struggling kids.  Headaches, digestive issues, food and environmental allergies are now some of the things kids deal with on a daily basis.  One thing that all of these issues have in common is a link to stress. This is where we come in.

Massage--it's not just for adults anymore.  I (Carol) was 20 years old when I had my first professional massage.  But before that, in high school, my sisters and I used to take turns massaging each other's backs while we laid on the floor (that was comfortable!!!) We all played either sports or instruments and were also intent on getting good grades so we could go to college, and we had sore and tight muscles--especially in our upper back and neck.  So we would trade with each other!!

Because I know first hand the value of this experience, we have created a special category for kids--along with a special price.  You don't need to break the bank to give your kids a little relief! Use this option for your kids before important games or meets, before big tests or exams,or as a treat for their birthday.  Parents are welcome to stay in the room during the massage.
